3D Models
Depending on the scope of the mission, the visual data can be stitched together by using photogrammetry software and provide a 2D orthomosaic or 3D model. The pictures making up the 3D models can be accessed directly from the model instead of a picture listing which improves the records and review by the client. These high quality pictures allow every surface of the structure to be viewed like you were standing in front it.
BIM Support
3D models can support Building Information Management (BIM) coordination, where construction managers need oversight of their other contractors, subcontractors and trades placing the concrete, or installing the framing, wiring, plumbing, HVAC and other systems.
